I had spoken with you last week about changing the Request in the advertising for
USR-1647.
The Request should read
A Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit and 1041 Permit for a Major
Facility of a Public Utility (Fort St. Vrain Generating Facility and associated natural
gas pipelines) in the I-3 (Industrial) and A (Agricultural) Zone District.
