To Whom It May Concern:
It is our understanding that our neighbor, Jeff Seewald, has petitioned the county to
maintain/establish an automotive repair business at his location on County Road 13 just
north of CR 36. As owners of the mineral rights on his property and owners and
residents of approximately 73 acres directly adjacent to Mr. Seewald, we have no
objection. Mr. Seewald has made every attempt to control any adverse conditions that
may affect our use and enjoyment of our property and feel that his efforts will continue.
