RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, TO CONVEY REAL

ra WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
o w Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
0 3 Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
o W affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS, Weld County has acquired, and is the owner of a
w portion of Section 30 , Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
r, a, Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, more particularly
described as follows:

H Said property was then offered to sale at a public meeting of the
o Board of County Commissioners on the 2nd day of June, 1982 , in the

a, o WHEREAS, said property was placed for bid, and on July 28 ,
N d' 1982 , the bids were presented and considered by the Board of
o County Commissioners , and

WHEREAS , Longmont Dairy Farms , Inc. , of Longmont, Colorado,
submitted a bid of TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX AND
EIGHTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS ($2 ,656 .85) as the purchase price for said
property, and being the high bid submitted, said property was
deemed sold, and
WHEREAS , by Resolution of this Board dated July 28 , 1982 ,
recorded at Book 974 , Reception 01899725 , recorded August 5 , 1982 ,
this Board did convey the incorrect parcel of land, to-wit:

ow NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County

o x Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
`" p Colorado, be, and hereby is , constituted and appointed in order to
x convey, without convenants of warranty, to Longmont Dairy Farms,
o Inc . , the property in the Northwest Quarter of Section 30 ,
,_, a Township 3 North, Range 68 West upon delivery to the Clerk to the
N Board of County Commissioners of a Deed conveying all of Longmont
N Dairy Farms , Inc. ' s, right, title , and interest in the property

N 2 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as to such conveyance, Norman C.
Nw Carlson is authorized to affix the seal of Weld County and said

w in and to the above-described property. Weld County does not
