NOTE: These calculations are made for NSPS purposes only. EPA has specifically stated as follows:"It is recommended that these default values not be used for estimating landfill emissions for purposes other than NSPS and EG" (61 FR 9905,9912,March 12, 1996). Consequently, these emissions calculations grossly overestimate actual and potential emissions and reviewers of this document are specifically cautioned against improper and Irresponsible uses of these calculations. (formerly Earth Tech; Inc.): Sampling for the event occurred on September 29 and 30, 2008. Samples were submitted to TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc. for laboratory analyses. Also enclosed is a 3.5-inch disk, which contains the analytical results for the second annual 2008 sampling event as requested by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. This was the twenty-fifth detection-sampling event for these wells and there were no volatile organic compound detections during this event. Statistical analyses were performed using Intra-well Combined Shewart-Cumulative Sum(CUSUM) Control Charts for wells MW03,MW04,MW05,MW10, and MW12. The enclosed results of the statistical analysis are displayed in tabular and graphical format. The background period for the control charts currently includes data through June 2008;and CUSUM is currently calculated starting at the end of the background period. The statistical evaluation performed as part of the first 2008 event showed no statistical exceedances that were pending verification sampling as part of the second 2008 semi-annual sampling event. There were no control limit exceedances in any downgradient wells during the second 2008 sampling event's statistical analysis. Upgradient well MW03,which had previously shown exceedarices for sulfate and calcium, showed no exceedances during this event.
