RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE ROAD AND BRIDGE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on February 2, 1981, the Board of County Commis-
sioners adopted a resolution establishing a Road and Bridge
Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following people
be reappointed and appointed to said Advisory Committee:
DISTRICT REAPPOINTED TERM EXPIRES
1 Dean A. Kanode March 1, 1985
5 Gilman Olson March 1, 1985
6 Dale Reckard March 1, 1985
APPOINTED
4 James E. Whitmore March 1, 1983
to fill unexpired term of Melvin Miller
EX-OFFICIO MEMBERS (NON - VOTING)
Chuck Carlson (Commissioner Coordinator for Engineering Services )
Albert Chotvachs (Colorado Dept. of Highways Representative)
Drew Scheltinga (Weld County Engineer
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to reappoint
and appoint the above mentioned people to the Road and Bridge Advisory
Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the above mentioned people be, and
hereby are, appointed to the Road and Bridge Advisory Committee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
March, A.D. , 1982 .
