Questionnaire
1. The primacy use will be my residence with my metal fabrication company housed
in the existing shop.
2. This proposal is consistent with Comprehensive Plan in that it uses an existing
structure (barn or shed) to house the business, and does not take away from any
usable agricultural plan.
3. We provide agricultural type services to individuals and business in the
agricultural community.

6. No landscaping is proposed for this site except for 6' privacy fence.
7. No reclamation will be needed as the existing structure could be used for a garage

pond.
9. Privacy fence will be constructed upon final approval or recommendations by
commission.
10. Roll off steel recycling container will be used for steel waste. Steel racks behind
fenced yard will he used for storage. Waste Management will be picking up trash.
