RE: ELIMINATE CHANGE FUND IN SOUTHWEST WELD COUNTY SERVICES COMPLEX,
ASSESSOR'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board that the existing Change Fund, in the
amount of $300.00, in the Southwest Weld County Services Complex, Assessor's Office, be
eliminated, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to eliminate the Change
Fund in the Southwest Weld County Services Complex, Assessor's Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Controller be, and hereby is, authorized to eliminate the Change Fund
in the Southwest Weld County Services Complex, Assessor's Office, and transfer said $300.00 to
the General Fund.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of July, A.D., 2008.
