Please refer to the attached drawing. At present, we own approximately 80 acres more or less divided into 3 parcels . These are 002 lying east of the New Brantner ditch consisting of 58 acres more or less; and parcels 062 and 063 lying to the west of the New Brantner ditch, approximately 22 acres more or less . The land has a down slope running from west to east. We wish to leave parcel 002 as is and will continue to farm this parcel using irrigation water from the Brantner. This parcel has been and will continue to remain agricultural. The parcel we would like to create would also continue to be agricultural as well. Located on parcel 063 is a residence and on parcel 062 is an oil well, some oil batteries and an oil road. The land is presently in hay and will continue to be used for agricultural useage to be compatible with the surrounding land use . No additional residence shall be placed on this property. Our intent is to combine these 2 parcels that have a natural geographical commonness and to eliminate the uncommon triangular piece that is not compatible with the area.
