Re: Mineral Notification
Weld County is requiring me to send this letter regarding USR— 1658. This is a mineral notification for
the property that I own located at 12988 C.R. #4, Brighton, CO 80603 ( Legal Description: PT NE4 31-
1-66 NW4 32-1-66 - Lot A Rec Exempt RE-4217 ) or(NE4 of Section3I and NW4 of Section 32 allin
TIN, R66W). According to my records the Union Pacific Railroad Company owns the mineral rights on
my property. I am in the process of permitting my property to allow me to run my small roofing business.
The initial public hearing is scheduled for November 18, 2008 at 1:30pm. The hearing will be held at the
Weld County Department of Planning Services located at 918 10th St., Greeley, CO 80631. In my
proposal there is not to be any changes to the property such as new buildings, parking lots or paved
• driveways. The existing layout of the property is to remain the same, and I am planning on utilizing all
existing structures.
