HomeMy WebLinkAbout820794.tiff AR1883791 / B 0961 Rt C 01 881791 02/23/82 10 : 41 $0.00 1 /003 MARY ANN FL:UERSTE:LN, CLERK & RECORDER, WELD COUNTY, CO RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 147 - TENNIS MEADOWS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the request of Tennis Meadows for an exemption from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CR 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 A. (3) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Tennis Meadows is the owner of certain parcels of land located in Lot 3 of the NE' of the SEa of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. The legal description of the resulting tract of land is as follows: See attached exhibit "A" incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- sioners that the above described parcels be, and hereby are, declared to be exempt from_the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended and Section 2-1 A. (3) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the resulting parcel of land as described above be, and hereby is, considered to be a single lot, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that this approval is conditional upon an additional twenty feet of right-of-way being reserved by the applicant on the north side of U. S. Highway 34 business route as requested by the State Highway Department.
