This letter is to inform you that beginning the week of August 11, 2008, Colorado
Interstate Gas (CIG) will begin survey and construction activities for the company's 30-
inch pipeline.
Construction will commence west of Fort Lupton at the Tri-Town Meter Station
located '/2 mile east of Weld County Road 19, and north of Weld County Road 16,
continuing east paralleling a portion of Weld County Road 16 and terminating at an
intermediate point located on the company's High Plains 250A pipeline located north of
Hudson, Colorado.
All land disturbed during construction will be restored, in the best manner
possible as prior to construction. Duration of construction and reclamation of the right-
of-way will take approximately 8 to 10 weeks to complete.
