The Board of County Commissioners, clerk to the Board is the holder of the original case file for this land use application, and subsequent documents approved by the Board of County Commissioners by resolution. Given that two Planning Case Files exist for this development, the Department of Planning Services has arranged for all documents associated with this case be made available for review at the Clerk to the Board's office located in the Centennial Center Complex, third floor. Situs address 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado. The telephone number for the Clerk's office is 970 356-4000 x 4227. Should documents be requested, the appropriate cost associated with the document duplication will be requested prior to providing the photocopies and paper plats. Photocopies are twenty-five (25) cents each page and plats are ten (10) dollars each sheet. I understand that there are various costs associated with searches, document duplication and postage.
