Subject: Public Records Request— Pelican Shores PUD
Dear Ms. Kruger:
Pursuant to your request dated November 13, 2007, I am writing to confirm that the Department of
Planning Services has the un-official case file for the Pelican Shores PUD. The Board of County
Commissioners, clerk to the Board is the holder of the original case file for this land use application, and
subsequent documents approved by the Board of County Commissioners by resolution.
Given that two Planning Case Files exist for this development, the Department of Planning Services has
arranged for all documents associated with this case be made available for review at the Clerk to the
Board's office located in the Centennial Center Complex, third floor. Situs address 915 Tenth Street,
Greeley, Colorado. The telephone number for the Clerk's office is 970 356-4000 x 4227.
Should documents be requested, the appropriate cost associated with the document duplication will be
requested prior to providing the photocopies and paper plats. Photocopies are twenty-five (25) cents each
page and plats are ten (10) dollars each sheet.

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request
Dear Mr. Ogle:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 5 U.S.C. 552, I would like to
request a preliminary search of the following records, which I understand from my
telephone conference this morning with Billy from your office, may be under your
department's control and which relate to Lots 1-26 and Tract A, Block 1, called Pelican
Shores, South PUD, a residential waterfront development by River Runs Through It, LLC
(the "Property"), in the County of Weld, Colorado:
• any approved plats relating to the Property;
• all documents relating to the approval process on the Property;
• the Development and Improvements Agreements, or their equivalent;
• the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for the Property, or its equivalent;
• utility easements for the Property;
• all other documents, agreements, permits or plans relating to the Property.
I understand that there are various costs associated with searches, document
duplication and postage. Please contact me if you anticipate needing to spend more than
$1,000.00 to complete this request.
I look forward to receiving the requested documents within twenty (20) working
days as required by statute.
