RE: DECREASE CHANGE FUND IN ASSESSOR'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended to the Board that the Change Fund in the Assessor's
Office be decreased by $50.00, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to decrease the Change
Fund in the Assessor's Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Controller be, and hereby is, authorized to decrease the Change Fund
in the Assessor's Office by $50.00, for a total of$200.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of July, A.D., 2008.
