WHEREAS, Mental Health Month is observed across the country each May to raise

WHEREAS, good mental health is essential to the overall health of Weld County's u
children, youth, adults, and families, and
WHEREAS, residents who have mental illnesses can recover and lead full, productive

NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE KNOWN that the Board of Weld County Commissioners
proclaims May 2008 as Mental Health Month in Weld County, encourages all Weld
County residents, government agencies, public and private institutions, businesses, and [ SOW
