MEMORANDUatEIVED
WI I TO: Michelle Martin, Planning Services DATE: 11/6/2007
CFROM: Donald Carroll, Engineering Administrator
SUBJECT: USR 1564, Harley & Patricia Troyer
COLORADO
In checking my file, I have an email from you identifying that Item Nos. 4 and 5 in the
Development Standards that the Troyers had provided a billing from Prestige, Inc. for dust
control. This meets the requirement for Item No. 4.
Item No. 5 deals with storm water on site. The site is not hard-surfaced parking nor are there
additional roof tops to displace storm water. Use Best Management Practices, which is
described in the Development Standards under Item No. 5
I feel that both of these requirements have been met to my satisfaction.

Hello, Michelle,
I spoke with Don Carroll at Public Works regarding the referral memorandum for Dust
Suppressant and Storm Water Drainage dated July 6, 2006, (development standard #4 & 5).
#4. Dust Suppressant Product - ET820 was applied by Prestige Inc to 800' of the road. Invoice
available upon request.
#5. No paving will be done so there will be no run off. Displacing the storm water will either be by
evaporation or percolation.
He agreed this would meet with his approval.
I'm working on the Plat Map corrections for your approval.
Thank you,
Pat Troyer

Hello Ms. Hice-Idler
I spoke with you earlier today regarding the impact on traffic when conducting an auction
on Hwy 85 & CR 22. The case# is USR-1564. This auction is once a month,held on a
Saturday, which would be off peak travel I believe. The estimate of trucks & cars
attending would be approximately 20 to 30 vehicles. Usually everyone is not there all at
the same time nor do they leave at the same time. The impact would be Significant.
Thank you for your consideration in this referral,
 cC
