RELEASE OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That POWER RESOURCES CORPORATION does hereby release, relinquish
and surrender to the Lessor,County of Weld, Colorado, a political
subdivision of the State of Colorado,- by and through its Board of '
County Commissioners
their heirs, assigns and legal representatives, all right, title and
interest, in, to and under that certain Mining Lease made and entered
into on September 30 , 1977 , by and between
County of Weld, Colorado,• a political subdivision of the State of Colorado,
by and through its Board of County Commissioners
as Lessor and POWER RESOURCES CORPORATION as Lessee,
recorded in Book 810 , Page ---- , Rec. No. 1732395 of the
records of Weld County, State of Colorado
covering the following described land, in said County and State, to-wit:
