Dear Mr. Ogle,
In meeting with our field office regarding improvements at our Ft. Lupton Compressor Station we discovered that
the previously reported USR parcel for our septic system and water supply is located not on the USR-1291 Parcel
as previously identified at our final hearings for the AMUSR-1353 and AMUSR-211, but indeed on our USR-211
Parcel. We have three (3) different USR parcels at this Station which is unique to all of our other Stations that
have only one (1). Our field office does not work with the USR identification and thus causing some
misidentification of the correct parcel. I apologize for the confusion on our part and desire to correct this issue in
a timely manner. We are willing to go to rehearing of this USR or if possible desire to address this issue pursuant
to your recommendation.
We have a Sewer Permit#G-930165, which I have attached. In meeting on location with our field staff at Ft.
Lupton Compressor Station I was informed that the Weld County Health Department does an annual inspection of
our existing potable water system. We have been using this water source since the 1970's. Pope Water Service
is the company that currently trucks in our water at this station.
