RE: APPOINTMENT OF WILBUR WAFEL AND RE-APPOINTMENT OF JERRY
KIEFER TO THE WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS, two vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Planning Commission due to the expiration of the terms of Jerry
Kiefer and Frank Suckla, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advi-
sable to re-appoint Jerry Kiefer to said Planning Commission for
a term to expire on July 31, 1983 and to appoint Wilbur Wafel
to said Planning Commission to replace Frank Suckla for a term
to expire on July 31, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jerry Kiefer be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Planning Commission for
a term to expire July 31, 1983, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that Wilbur Wafel is hereby appointed
to the Weld County Planning Commission to replace Frank Suckla
for a term to expire on July 31, 1983 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
August, A.D. , 1980.
