SUBJECT: PZ-1138; Serenity View Estates PUD
The Department of Planning Services recommends that the request for the Change of Zone
for Serenity View Estates PUD be changed as follows:
Change of Zone from A (Agricultural) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for nine (9)
residential lots with E (Estate) zone district uses with 9.94 acres of open space referred to
as 'tract 1' and 'tract 2' and a 5 +/- acre non-buildable outlot for oil and gas activities.
Item 2.A:
The site specific development plan is for a Change of Zone from A (Agricultural) to PUD for
nine (9) residential lots with E (Estate) zone district uses with 9.94 acres of open space
• referred to as 'tract 1' and `tract 2' and a 5 +1- acre non-buildable outlot for oil and gas
activities. The PUD will be subject to and governed by the Conditions of Approval and
stated hereon and all applicable Weld County Regulations. (Department of Planning
