Jerke, Chair Commissioner Robert D. Masden, Pro-Tem Commissioner William F. Garcia Commissioner David E. Long Commissioner Douglas Rademacher Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther E. Gesick Assistant County Attorney, Cyndy Giauque Planning Department representative, Michelle Martin Health Department representative, Trevor Jiricek Public Works representative, David Snyder The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 4, 2008, and duly published January 9, 2008, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Wayne Harsh and Randy Lamp for Change of Zone, PZ #1098, from the A(Agricultural)Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District for eight (8) lots with E (Estate) Zone uses, four(4) common open space outlots (2.35 acres), and two (2)agricultural outlots (137.87 acres). Cyndy Giauque, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Michelle Martin, Department of Planning Services,stated the applicants have requested a continuance until April 2, 2008, to continue working with staff on design issues before proceeding, and staff supports the request. Commissioner Jerke requested a complimentary notice be sent to the surrounding property owners prior to the next hearing. Responding to Commissioner Masden, Ms. Martin stated it is likely that most of the issues will be resolved prior to the next hearing. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Masden moved to continue the request of Wayne Harsh and Randy Lamp for Change of Zone, PZ #1098, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District for eight (8) lots with E (Estate) Zone uses, four (4) common open space outlots (2.35 acres), and two (2) agricultural outlots (137.87 acres), to April 2, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Garcia, and it carried unanimously.
