A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE GENERAL FUND IN THE
AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSE AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE WELD COUNTY
PIONEER COMMUNITY LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY LOCATED IN WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO, FOR THE 2009 BUDGET YEAR
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, of Weld County, Colorado, ex-officio
Weld County Pioneer Community Law Enforcement Authority Board has adopted the annual
budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on December 15, 2008, and
WHEREAS, said Weld County Pioneer Community Law Enforcement Authority Board has
made provision therein for revenues in an amount equal to or greater than the total proposed
expenditures as set forth in said budget, and
WHEREAS, it is not only required by law, but also necessary, to appropriate the revenues
provided in the budget to and for the purposes described below, so as not to impair the operations
of the District.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners, ex-officio
Weld County Pioneer Community Law Enforcement Authority Board, that the following sums are
hereby appropriated from the revenue of the General Fund, to the General Fund,for the purposes
stated:
General Fund:
Current Operating Expenses $ 1,224
Capital Outlay 0
Debt Service 0
TOTAL GENERAL FUND $ 1,224

The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of December, A.D., 2008.
