RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 640 - VERNON PRESTON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of October, 1983 , the Board did, by Resolution, approve Recorded Exemption No. 640 for Vernon Preston, and WHEREAS , said Resolution described the property as : Part of the South 1/2, Southeast a, Section 7 , Township 2 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Vernon Preston is requesting that said description should be amended to read as follows: Part of the South 1/2, South- east a, Section 7 and the South i of the Southwest a, Section 8 , Township 2 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the request in the Resolution of October 12 , 1983 , was to divide the above described property into parcels of 13 acres and 77 acres, more or less , to allow Vernon Preston to sell the smaller parcel, and WHEREAS , Mr. Preston is now requesting that the property be divided into parcels of 13 . 6 acres and 87 . 9 acres, more or less. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the description of said property be, and hereby is, amended to read as hereinabove stated.
