Existing Barn to be used to garage our company trucks when Trucks are not in use. The trucks are parked here when not in use. We do not do oil changes or any other work on our trucks here. We hire others to do repairs and oil changes. Our mechanic has a shop,or completes repairs at job site where the truck has a mechanical issue. The garage doors are shut. Only leaving during hours of operation, returning at the end of the day. G. Fire protection is provided by Mountain View district H. The only water in the Barns the Ag.water spigot. Our water supply Is Mountain View water. I. Sewage is a septic for the house. The barn does not have a need for facilities.Our employees come to work,get the load sheets for the day,get in the truck,and leave.They have never needed to use a hesthuurn. All job sites have port a pots available. If the need comes up,they know they can use one in our home,a few feet up from the barn. J.Storage or warehousing will not be an issue.AU of our trucks go to the landfill before they come in.There is nothing to store in our line of business. 6. The lanscapkhg is native grasses around the Barn.There is a burm to the south of the length of the building. It is just north of the road and the drainage ditch. 7.
