THIS AMENDMENT TO THE LAW E ENFORCEMENT SERVIC
AGREEMENT is made and entered into this dO day of, Pi e m i, 2007
by and between the County of Weld, a political subdivision of the State of
Colorado, and the Weld County Sheriff, by and through the board of County
Commissioners of the County of Weld, whose address is P.O. Box 785, 915 10th
Street, Greeley, Colorado, 80632, hereinafter referred to as "County," and the
Town of Keenesburg, Colorado, whose address is 140 S. Main Street, Post
Office Box 312, Keenesburg, CO 80643, hereinafter referred to as "Town."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on October 18, 2007, the parties hereto entered into a Law
Enforcement Service Agreement, whereby the County contracted to provide
various law enforcement services to the Town through it Sheriff's Office ;and
WHEREAS, Schedule D of said Law Enforcement Service Agreement sets
the maximum cumulative total expenditure by the Town for services via both
direct and indirect billing as $42,000.00 for fiscal year 2008; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto now desire to amend Schedule D to reduce
the Town's maximum expenditure for services to $36000.00 for fiscal year 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual promises and
covenants contained herein and in the original Law Enforcement Services
Agreement between parties dated October 18, 2007, the parties hereto agree to
amend said Law Enforcement Service Agreement as follows:
1. Schedule D of the Law Enforcement Service Agreement shall be
replaced with the Schedule D attached hereto, so the cumulative total
for services pursuant to the Agreement via both direct and indirect
billing does not exceed $36,000.00 for fiscal year 2008.
2. All other provisions set forth in said Law Enforcement Services
Agreement Shall remain in full force and affect, except as may be
modified by the attached Schedule D.

SCHEDULE D
1. The hourly rate comprising the contract amount of this Agreement shall
be 47.00 dollars per hour, per Deputy assigned to event.
2. The maximum cumulative total for services via both direct billing and
indirect Billing during the term of this fiscal agreement shall be
$36,000.00 for the fiscal year 2008.
