Hannah,
As per our conversation this morning, CDOT is official withdrawing our 75 foot right-of-way request for the
Lucerne Commons case currently going through the Weld County Process. Please change our referral comments
to request our new position. At this time, CDOT is not requesting any additional right-of-way from what exists
currently. If you have any questions, please contact me at the numbers listed below. Thank you.
