RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 467 - LINDA VAUGHN AND MARGARET
KOEBERL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Linda Vaughn and Margaret Koeberl have applied to
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for
a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real
estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 5th day of August, 1981, considered the request
of Linda Vaughn and Margaret Koeberl for a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Part of Lot 2 , St. Louis Western Colony,
Section 30, Township 5 North, Range 65
West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Linda Vaughn and Margaret Koeberl for permission to place a
mobile home as a principal dwelling on the abovedescribed
parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th
day of August, A.D. , 1981.

Dear Mr. Adams :
This is a request for a mobile home building permit
in a zoned agricultural district for a principal
dwelling. Margaret A. Koeberl will live in the
mobile home.
The property mailing address is 2209 40th Street,
Evans, CO. We wish to put the mobile home on Lot 2.
Our intention are to utilize the land to its utmost
efficiency, that is agriculturally work the land,
live on the land and utilize the income especially
when we ' re retired.
The sewage system will be a septic system. will The
city water is on our property,, therefore; we
tap into the existing Central Weld water line and
meter located on lot 3.
We would appreciate your expediency in this matter,
because if a mobile home permit is denied, we will
pursue a conventional home permit as quickly as
possible.
