HomeMy WebLinkAbout20083223.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE REVISIONS TO FEE SCHEDULES FOR FEES COLLECTED BY THE WELD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with revisions to the fee schedules for fees collected by the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, and WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 17th day of November, 2008, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to December 10, 2008, and WHEREAS, at said hearing on December 10, 2008, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to approve the proposed revisions, effective January 1, 2009, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,that the revised fee schedules forfees collected by the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, as attached hereto, be, and hereby are, approved, effective January 1, 2009. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of December, A.D., 2008.
