RE: RESERVATION OF ROOM 350, WELD COUNTY CENTENNIAL CENTER COMPLEX
SOUTH, EXCLUSIVELY FOR BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER USE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board is in need of having a meeting room exclusively reserved for its use
so that meetings may be held by the Board without scheduling conflict, and
WHEREAS, although Room 350, Weld County Centennial Center Complex South, is
designated for use by the Board, other persons and entities have been able to schedule its usage,
and
WHEREAS, the Board now desires to reserve Room 350 exclusively for use by the Board
at all times.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Room 350,Weld County Centennial Center Complex South, be,and hereby
is, reserved exclusively for use by the Board at all times.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 23rd day of April, A.D., 2008.
