RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF SHOW CAUSE HEARING CONCERNING WELD
COUNTY DISPOSAL , INC . TO OCTOBER 3 , 1984
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a Show Cause Hearing concerning Weld County Dis-
posal , Inc. was scheduled for July 25 , 1984 , and
WHEREAS , at the hearing of July 25 , 1984 , the Board deemed
it advisable to continue said hearing to September 26, 1984 ,
and
WHEREAS , a quorum of the Board will not be present on
September 26 , 1984 , and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to continue the Show
Cause Hearing concerning Weld County Disposal , Inc. to October
3, 1984 , at 2 : 00 p.m. , and
WHEREAS , the Board further deems it advisable to direct
the Clerk to the Board to publish a notice of continuance of
said hearing and to post a sign outside the hearing room on
September 26 , 1984 .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Show Cause Hear-
ing concerning Weld County Disposal , Inc. be, and hereby is ,
continued to October 3 , 1984 , at 2 :00 p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the
Board be, and hereby is, directed to publish a notice of con-
tinuance of said hearing and to post a sign outside the hearing
room on September 26 , 1984 , advising of said continuance.
