HomeMy WebLinkAbout20080559.tiff r WC Department of Planning Services: • In regards to the letter we received on case#USR-1638,we Robert and Carol Gildea, owners of 13935 CR 22 strongly oppose the changing of this above said property from agricultural to industrial,and it being use for office,truck parking and maintenance. We do not feel it is the best interest traffic or value wise to the homes in surrounding area. There are a lot of nice homes being built in this area and to allow this would greatly depreciate our home values and be an eye sore to the area. We also feel it is unfair to only notify people within 500 feet of said property. As this will impact homeowners much further than 500 feet. I'm sure there are more suitable locations for an Industrial Zone, and this type of business in Weld County, and would be of Weld County's best interest to not allow this in the midst of all the nice homes and agricultural land in this area. Also, a concern is once this is turned into industrial land,what the future could hold for it, and what it could be developed into in the future.
