The Department of Planning Services has determined that based on your emails dated 3/ 19/08 and 3/6/08 the
proposed 12 ' x 20 ' equipment shelter is not a substantial change from the approved USR-582. You will need to
obtain a Flood Hazard Development Permit ( FI-IDP) and building permit prior to any alterations to the site .
While you may apply for both permits at the same time the building permit will not be released until the FHDP
is approved by Weld County Department of Public Works , Let me know if you have any other questions .

Hi Michelle, The building is to house electrical equipment for the antennas . It will not be manned . It will have
electrical service only , No Sewer, Water, Gas, etc . . . Someone will come out maybe twice per month to check

Hi Michelle, We would like to keep our project as part of the existing Special Review Permit. Per the attached
map, we are just replacing a building. I have attached a PDF of the proposed structure to be put in . Let me know
if you need other information . I have a call in on the FWDP, but have not heard back on that part. We would like
to try and process that and the building permit together if possible to get this work started as soon as possible.
