CORRECTION TO NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION
Notice
The District Engineer, U.S.Army Engineer District,Omaha,Nebraska is announcing corrections to the
Public Notice released for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement(EIS) for the Northern Integrated
Supply Project(NISP),proposed by the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District(District),
acting by and through the Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity Enterprise, 220 Water
Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado 80513. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is also announcing the
availability of additional information associated with the Draft EIS.
Corrections
The Omaha District issued a 90-day public notice announcing the availability of the Draft EIS associated
with the NISP proposal on April 30,2008. The notice contained two errors. First, the current closing
date of the comment period is July 30,2008. Secondly, a listed website address for additional
information was identified as—
