RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF WILLARD AND MARY OPAL TROSTEL
FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Willard and Mary Opal Trostel have applied to the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a
permit to place a mobile home on the following described real
estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be located in
an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , on the 25th day
of February, 1981 , considered the request of Willard and Mary
Opal Trostel for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a
parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section
35, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of
the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the applicants , finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Willard
and Mary Opal Trostel for permission to place a mobile home as
a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be,
and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
February, A.D. , 1981 .
