RE: ADOPTION OF DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES LAND USE APPLICATION
FEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Section 29 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance provides
that fees for all Land Use Permit applications shall be established
by resolution following a hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing
on the 13th day of January, 1982 at the hour of 2 : 00 o'clock p.m.
in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering the
adoption of a new fee schedule for Land Use Applications, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of
those present, has studied the proposed fees and deems it advisable
to adopt the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners that the fee schedule, attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference be, and hereby is adopted to be effective January 13 ,
1982.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
January, A.D. , 1982.

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated December 28 , 1981 and
duly published December 31, 1981 in the Johnstown Breeze a public
hearing was held to consider an increase in the fee schedule for
fees charged by the Weld County Dep. of Planning Services for Land
Use Permit applications.
Chuck reviewed the new schedule of fees and stated that the represent
about a 10% increase.
There was no one present in opposition to the request.
Following discussion Commissioner Steinmark made a motion to approve
the new fee schedule for land use permits. Commissioner Kirby seconded
the motion and it carried unanimously.
