NOTICE OF SERVICE INTERRUPTION OF DIGITAL CABLE SERVICE
May 8, 2008
Dear US Cable Customer:
Service to the digital portion only of your cable television lineup will cease in June. The Basic
Cable service will continue to be available to your home. Should there be any changes in service
US Cable will notify you prior to the change.
Please call 1.800.480.7020 to schedule a time for one of our technicians to come to your home
and remove any digital converters that you may have in your home.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
