LP/Texas American Resources Company, has been confirmed for Wednesday March 5, 2008.
However, due to a scheduling conflict of the Board of County Commissioners, all of the
land use cases to be heard on March 5, 2008, will begin at 2:00 p.m. , instead of the usual
