WHEREAS, the Trustees of Wheaton College desire to rediscribe the boundaries of said parcels to permit a lease of a portion of the premises. On September 28 , 1973, Wheaton College acquired by deed the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 68 West, of the 6th P.M. ("Parcel A" ) . Subsequently, Wheaton College in February 1976 acquired additional property in Section 32 including the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 ("Parcel B") . In 1979 Wheaton leased to Darrell White Parcel A and a five and one-half acre parcel (the "Barn Parcel" ) which is part of Parcel B and is described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of the NE-1/4 of the SW-1/4 of Section 32, thence west along the S line of the NE-1/4 of the SW-1/4 a distance of 375 feet, thence north and parallel with the E line of the NE-1/4 of the SW-1/4 a distance of 640 feet, thence east and parallel with the S line of the NE-1/4 of the SW-1/4 a distance of 375 feet, thence south along the E line of the NE-1/4 of the SW-1/4 a distance of 640 feet to the point of beginning, all in Section 32, Weld County, Colorado. Parcel A and the Barn Parcel are not contiguous and the 1979 1( Sherman&Howard Mr. Robert C. Adams Page Two May 4 , 1981 Lease may have been improper under the Weld County subdivision regulations. To correct this problem, Wheaton College and Darrell White amended the 1979 Lease by the Amendment to Lease dated March 1, 1981, changing the legal description of the leased premises to encompass the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32 and the Barn Parcel . This resulted in a contiguous tract of approximately 45 . 5 acres and such tract should be in compliance with subdivision requirements .
