COLORADO
The 2006 Fuel/Propane bid included the option of two, one year extensbns for the lowest bidder
which is Agland. A one-year extension was approved for 2007. Jay McDonald contacted
Agland about their prices. Their proposed 2008 prices exceed 5% of the current price as
stipulated in the Extension of Terms under the 2006 bid and must be approved by the Board of
Commissioners.
We recommend extension of the Fuel/Propane bid with Agland for the period of April 21, 2008
through April 21, 2009.
