RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 819 - STEVEN LANGE
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 11th day of January, 1984 , considered the re-
quest of Steven Lange to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows:
Lots 135 and 136,Block L, Evans Addition; Part
of the SW4, Section 30 , Township 2 North, Range
67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions : 1) the applicant applying for
a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) prior
to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that the Tri-Area Sanitation District is providing
sanitary sewage disposal to the site; 3) prior to the issuance
of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the
proposed water tap is supplying water in such a manner as to be
adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed
use; 4) a Flood Hazard Development Permit shall be submitted by
the applicant and approved by the Department of Planning Services
prior to the issuance of a building permit; and 5) the mobile home
shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has
complied with Conditions 1, 2, 3 and 4 above .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Steven
Lange to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling
on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in

compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 ,
be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions as above
listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th
day of January, A.D. , 1984 .

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS: The Department of Planning Services has received one (1) objection
regarding this application.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that the Tri-Area Sanitation District is providing sanitary
sewage disposal to the site.
3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that the proposed water tap is supplying water in such a manner
as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed
use.
4. A Flood Hazard Development Permit shall be submitted by the applicant and
approved by the Department of Planning Services prior to the issuance of
a building permit.
5. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant
has complied with Conditions 1, 2 and 3 above.

REQUEST TO LOCATE A MOBILE HOME
LETTER OF EXPLANATION
Lots 135 and 136, Block L, Evans Addition are vacant lots being purchased
for development in order to facilitate the sale of a mobile home which
is presently held in a storage lot in Denver, Colorado. The mobile
home is a 1980 model , 14 x 70 in size with 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths
and will serve as a single family home.
The mobile home is to be permanently attached on piers adequate to
qualify the home for 30 year financing through the Federal Housing Admini-
stration (FHA) insured loan program.
The permanently attached home will maintain market value and appreciate
due to the nature of permanent financing on the land and home through the
FHA loan program.
The home and Lots 135 and 136 are presold.
