RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT NOFFSINGER TO NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Noffsinger be appointed to said board,
to replace Kevin Schwindt, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Robert Noffsinger to said board, with
a term to expire January 13, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Robert Noffsinger be, and hereby is, appointed to the North Colorado
Medical Center Board of Trustees, with a term to expire January 13, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of March, A.D., 2008.
