RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 737 - ROBERT F. MILLS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 13th day of May, 1983 , considered the request of Robert F. Mills to place a mobile home to be used as a princi- pal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone Dis- trict, on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 4, Block 79 , Aristocrat Ranchettes, 3rd Filing, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Robert F. Mills for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordi- nance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition above listed.
