NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the contract with the City of Fort Lupton for the purchase of the Fort Lupton City Hall, including the building, land and parking area, in the amount of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170, 000. 00) be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the contract is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to sign said contract and any additional documents needed to consummate said purchase. CONTRACT FOR SALE WITH DEED THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 31st day of July, 1981, by and between the COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLO- RADO, hereinafter referred to as "County, " and the TOWN OF FORT LUPTON, County of Weld, State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as "Fort Lupton. " WHEREAS, Fort Lupton desires to sell its City Hall and the land which it occupies; and WHEREAS , the County desires to purchase such property and structures for the purpose of housing County services for the benefit of southern Weld County residents; and WHEREAS, Fort Lupton and the County have agreed on a purchase price of $170, 000.
