RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR TAVERN
LICENSE FROM VIPER 2, INC., DBA BORDERLINE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,Viper2, Inc.,dba Borderline, presented to the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, an application for the renewal of a Tavern Liquor License, for the sale
of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 28th day of July, 2008, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to August 18, 2008, upon the
recommendation of the County Attorney, in order to obtain additional information from a
representative of the Liquor Enforcement Division.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to August 18,
2008, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of July, A.D., 2008.
