Dear Sirs:
On March 6, 2008, my attorney sent yours a letter requesting that you repair the
erosion damage your canal has done to my property between 59t and 71st avenues. This
included a detailed map of the type of repairs necessary and the precise locations. I am
disappointed that you did mot see fit to respond.
In view of the fact that you turn the water into this canal rather early in the year,the
time to repair this damage is short. If you fail to take some kind of action soon, I will be
forced to. I will expect you to be responsible for the cost.
