RE: APPROVE VACATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1480- MILDRED MAE
SARCHET, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated September 1, 2004, the Board approved Use by Special
Review Permit #1480 for a Mineral Resource Development Facility, including an Oil and Gas
Support and Service Facility, in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, for Mildred Mae Sarchet, LLC,
325 Crestridge Lane, Longmont, Colorado 80501, on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption #3668; being part of
the N1/2 NW1/4 of Section 35, Township 3 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Mildred Mae Sarchet, LLC, do Robert
Sarchet, Manager,325 Crestridge Lane, Longmont, Colorado 80501,to vacate said Use by Special
Review Permit#1480, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department
of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having
been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Use by Special Review Permit#1480 be, and hereby is, vacated.

SUBJECT: Vacation of USR-1480
The Department of Planning Services has received the attached letter dated June 16, 2008 from
Robert Sarchet for Mildred Mae Sarchet LLC. Mr. Sarchet has not completed the conditions of
approval and is requesting that USR-1480 for a mineral resource development facility including
oil and gas support and service facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District be vacated.

Legal Description: Part of Lot B of RE-3668 Pt of N2 NW4 of Section 35, Township 3 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
Location: West of and adjacent to CR 211/2 and south of and adjacent to CR 28.
USR-1480: USR-1480 was approved by the BOCC on September 1, 2004, for a
mineral resource development facility including oil and gas support and
service facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District

We are not going to complete this USR and we want to withdraw the application.
1. Mark Brown has moved out of the farm house.
2. Mark Brown plans to removed his business Arrested Oil Field Services from the farm
by the end of June. He will be gone for sure by the 15th of July.
