RE: APPROVE RECOMMENDATION TO APPOINT MATTHEW WELLS TO GREELEY
HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Greeley Housing Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners recommends to the Mayor of the
City of Greeley that Matthew Wells be appointed to said board as a commissioner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Matthew Wells be, and hereby is, recommended for appointment to the
Greeley Housing Authority.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 6th day of October, A.D., 2008.
