As of the assessment dates of I-I-2005 and I-I-2006,the property was in need of extensive deferred maintenance. The owners of the property performed much of the deferred maintenance during 2006. The 2007 value of the property was reduced from$3,000,000 to$2,664,000 during the appeal process. As stated above,much of the deferred maintenance had been corrected(luring 2006. On the assessment dates,the deferred maintenance was not yet corrected,and the value of the property was adversely affected by the condition of the property.
