RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT COON TO BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Coon be appointed to said committee,
as the small independent general contractor representative, to replace James Fassler, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Robert Coon to said committee, with
a term to expire April 10, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Robert Coon be, and hereby is, appointed to the Building Trades Advisory
Committee, with term to expire April 10, 2011.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 14th day of April, A.D., 2008.
