CHAPTER 27 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ARTICLE V PUD Change of Zone: Step Two Amend Sec. 27-5-30. Requirements for submittal. The following items are required for submittal of the PUD change of zone: A and B - No change. C. An affidavit listing the namc3 and addresses of ali mineral owners and leasee3 of mineral owners on or under the parcel of land being considered. The list shall be prepared from the real property record3 by a person qualified to do the task, and shall be current as of a datc no more than thirty (30) days prior to thc datc the application is aubmittcd to thc Department of Planning Cervices. The written certification required by Section 24-65.5-103.3, C.R.S., if applicable.
