RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION
ZCV#0701082 AGAINST DANIEL AND NANCY LAGE FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD
COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Daniel and Nancy Lage, ZCV#0701082, are allegedly in violation of the Weld
County Code, and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of January, 2008, a public hearing was held before the Board
of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, Daniel and Nancy Lage were not present or represented at said hearing,
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to continue said violation until February 12, 2008,
to allow staff adequate time to notify the property owner of the violation hearing date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that ZCV#0701082 against Daniel and Nancy Lage be,and hereby is,continued
until February 12, 2008, to allow adequate time for staff to notify the property owners of the
violation hearing date.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 8th day of January, A.D., 2008.
